Kayla Sweeney '24, a graduating senior at Germantown Academy was awarded the David G. Kelble, Jr. Scholarship Award on behalf of the non-profit Helmets off 4 David. The award is given annually to a graduating student in memory of David G. Kelble, Jr., a 1998 graduate of Abington High School and an Abington Township Fire Department volunteer. Sweeney is a volunteer at the Wyndmoor Fire Department and the Whitemarsh Police Department. She will continue her studies at Emerson College where she will play for the Lions' soccer team. Congrats, Kayla!
